Dream Dress

Over at Kelly's Korner it's the Friday to show off your wedding dress...

Granted I've been married once but there are no photos of the court house shenanigans so my other option is to show my dream dress...er dresses in my case.

I worked for a short time at Mountain Avenue Bridal and fell in love with couture wedding dresses. I helped girls try on dress after dress made from Pronovias/Manuel Mota, Carmela Sutera, Amsale and so many more. Being the owners personal assistant was my real job but I did get to help play dress up at times.

While working there I fell in love with several dresses.

Pronovias Heraldo...great for a more casual wedding or destination wedding
Christos:Autumn This dress was worn by Katherine Heigl in 27 Dresses. The little wing things are optional. I'd go for without. I'd wear this for a beach wedding but could also be great for an afternoon garden wedding.
Amy Michelson: Bling. We didn't carry Amy Michelson but I've seen her work and I just love it. I would wear this dress at a summer evening wedding. I'd pair with it really bright colors and black.

Ohhh I love the first one!! Do you think they make it in another color so I could wear to a black tie event that's not a wedding?

What a fun job that must have been! And I love it that your son is so possessive! :)

Beautiful, they all bring something different! I could only imagine if I worked around wedding dresses. I’m sure it would have made my choice much harder!

Amber, i've always thought it would be great fun to work in a bridal shop! But I imagine there would be some "tough" customers too!

Your little boy is precious! Good luck on your weight loss...looks like you are doing great!

Blessings!
