So, it's Friday morning. Official weigh in time. My weight has gone down :) I'm very excited. I didn't eat very healthy but I did still consume the amount of calories I wanted. I debating if I'm going to give myself a cheat day today like I normally do or if I say that it's a not going to happen.
The results of this week's loss is: 3.2 pounds!!!!
I'm so excited :) It's off to breakfast (probably an egg mug: full of protein and super yummy! Thanks Hungry Girl!) then the gym to go do workout day 3 of the 5k program.
